Leaves from the Peirush HaBerachot V'HaTefilot L'Rabbeinu David Abudaraham. Fez, 1516.
Specifications: 7 leaves. Includes: leaves 61, 63-68. 28 cm. Ginzei Yisrael 604.
Leaves from Seder Tefilot Shabbat. The font is similar to pre-expulsion Spanish-prints. Very few books were printed in Fez, Morocco in the early years. This book was apparently the first to be printed there. It was only about 400 years later, in 1920, that the press was reestablished in Fez.
Special Features: Extremely rare. There are no known complete copies of this work.
Condition: Fine. Aging stains. Professional reinforcement to some tears and added paper to the margins. Within a nice, new binding.
