Taharat HaKodesh, part one, novellae and commentary on Tractate Zevachim on the order of the page. By Rabbi Yitzchak Ashkenazi. Lemberg, 1792, first edition. Printed by the printing house of the rabbinical wife Yehudit Rosanes wife of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch, Av Beit Din of Lvov [in the second Zivug].
The author Rabbi Yitzchak Ashkenazi served as Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Chodorov, and served as Dayan and Magid in Lwow in the year 1782, alongside Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Ruznis and Rabbi Shmuel Schindlinger. His grandson - Rabbi Tzvi Avigdor - rabbi of Munkacz.
 
The title page contains a handwritten signature of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Leib Halevi Litsch-Rosenbaum (1809-1889), a prominent student and friend of Rabbi Chatam Sofer, who has been a Torah scholar in the company of Machzikei Torah in Pressburg for more than forty years. For nearly thirty years he served as a judge in Pressburg. Wrote many important books.
