Rabbi Meir Weiss ( 1908 - May 7, 1998 ), rabbi , educator and Bible scholar, winner of the Israel Prize for Jewish Studies in 1990 . Served as a professor in the Department of Bible at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was best known for his literary research in the Bible and especially in Tehillim , the reinterpretation of the "total interpretation" in the literary analysis of the Bible.
