By Rabbi Yisrael of Shklov, student of the Gra. Halachot of the Land of Israel, collected from literature of the Tanna’im and Rishonim. Established according to the editions of Seder Zra’im by the Gra and his method of halacha. At the beginning of the book is a historical introduction by Rabbi Yisrael of Shklov including lines on the character of his Rav, the Gra, and the tragic story of the Aliyah of his students after his death. It is a historical testimony to the figure of the Gra and to the Aliyah of his students. The book is accompanied by endorsements by rabbis of Jerusalem, Tzfat, Tiberias, Damascus, and Baghdad. Including Rabbi Moshe Sofer of Pressburg, Rabbi Avraham AvleiPosvoler (Av Beit Din of Vilna), and more. The book is one of the first seven books printed by Rabbi YisraelBak in the Land of Israel. The cover has signatures of ownership of RavYisraelAriehZalmanovich (Rav of Kfar Yonah), and more.
