Handwritten letter by Rabbi Moshe David Teitelbaum to his father-in-law, Rabbi Yosef Frankel Te'omim.

Rabbi Moshe David Teitelbaum (1856 - 1934) was the Av Beis Din of Madiar–Lapush and one of the great rabbinical leaders of Transylvania. He was the son of Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Yukel of Walave, grandson of Rabbi Eliezer Nissan of Druhbitch and great-grandson of the Yismach Moshe. His father, Rabbi Yisrael Yukel, was the son-in-law of his uncle, Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum, who was the Av Beis Din of Sighet and the author of Yitav Lev. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Aryeh Leib Halberstam of Torna who was the son of Rabbi David of Kr'shanov and grandson of the Divrei Chaim.
