A rare and unknown hand-drawn map of Kfar Uriah 1912 - Planning map from the beginning of the settlement.
Drawn in ink, pencil and water color, dated Jaffa May 7, 1912. Very rare item !!!
Map of the settlement of Kfar Uriah in the Judean Lowlands. The date on the map, 7.5.1912, is more than 7 months earlier for the first report that appeared on the agreement of the Pasha for the purchase of lands by Jews in Israel ("Hatzfira" on December 16, 1912), since the purchasers were Menashe Meirovitch and Others from Rishon LeZion , as well as the sons of Rehovot and Gedera, whom the Pasha estimated as "real peasants", exempted them from the restrictive order.
The map is hand-drawn and meticulously sketched on a thick sheet and painted in water colors. The map shows the surroundings Arab villages, as well as an accurate diagram of the location of the different types of land, the water sources and the buildings planned there. A colored legend is located at the bottom right of the map.

Tears in folds and pin marks in the corners.
