On the title page of Chayei Adam, there is the signature: "Avraham --- Raphael", in a handwriting that is completely identical to the handwriting of the Rebbe of Ciechanów, Rabbi Avraham Landau. Stamps of his son, the Rebbe of Yazov.
There are handwritten corrections of errors in the book, in ink and pencil.
On the title page of Nishmat Adam, a handwritten inscription.
Inscriptions on the heads of the pages. On the last page of Chayei Adam (pp. 80 on both its sides), several handwritten lines by Rabbi Avraham describing a disaster he had experienced and how he had been saved.

Condition: Good. The margins of several pages are worn, with slight damage to text. Few moth holes. One page is torn with slight damage to text.
