Yad Ramah novellae on the Sanhedrin tractate by Rabbi Meir Ha'Levi Abulafia. Prepared for printing by Yechiel Ya'akov Elyakim of Jerusalem. Salonika, 1798.
The editor, Rabbi Yechiel Ya'akov Elyakim, one of the leading scholars of the Beit El Yeshiva for Kabbalists in Jerusalem, added comments and glosses that were printed on the margins of the leaves.
The special copy before us belonged to the head of the Beit El Yeshiva for Kabbalists I, Rabbi Raphael Avraham Shalom Mizrachi Sharabi. On the title page of the book, a handwritten dedication by the editor Rabbi Elyakim to Rabbi Sharabi.
Rabbi Avraham Shalom Sharabi was born in 1775). He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, the Kabbalist Rashash. Author of the book 'Divrei Shalom'. He was also known as 'Ba'al Ha'Nes' - wonder-worker. He died in 1827.
