FREDERICK II: (1712-1786) King of Prussia 1740-86, known as Frederick the Great. L.S., `Friedrich´, one page, 4to, Berlin, 4th June 1743, to Earl of Munchow, Minister of finance, in German. The King refers to his correspondent´s report regarding an important item Frederick II purchased in Presburg and which has arrived to Neustadt, and states `I hereby give you my decision, being that if season and weather allow it, and if it can be transported without any damage, I like to see it brought to [Breslau] at least, and there it should be stored as long as transport is possible without any risk´ further mentioning another purchase saying `Regarding the Turkish tent from Vienna, you should send it to me at first opportunity.´ With blank integral leaf.
