Opening boxes of the megillot are framed. The nussach is in block lettering with ta’amim and vowels. Handwritten by Meiri Yehiel Tzalach, the Maharitz (1713-1805), a Yemenite sage of the 18th century. Ra’avad and Chief Rabbi of all of Yemen. Author Sha’arei Kedusha, Sha’arei Tahara, Peulot Tzadik, and more. Accompanied by a stamped certificate from the Gaon Rabbi Yitzhak Ratzabi that this was written by the Maharitz.
