1. Degel Reuven, second section—Q&A and exegeses on sugiyot. By Rabbi Reuvan Katz (1880-1964), a Chief Rabbi of Petah Tikva and head of the Lomza yeshiva. HaIvri printing, Jerusalem 1940. Dedication of the author included. 2. Sefer Shot (Q&A) Tzitz Eliezer, second section—studies of halachot on practical issues. By Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg (1916-2007), a member of the Supreme Rabbinical Court, and one of the most important poskim of the 20th century. Won the Israel Prize for Torah Literature. His only son, Rav Simcha Bonem, was a rabbi of the Eda HaHareidit and a leader of those opposing Zionism. Printed with support from the Mossad Rav Kook, Jerusalem 1947. Dedication of the author included. 3. U’Dvar Shalom, Q&A. By Rabbi Shalom Hadaya (1864-1945), a kabbalist, Ra’avad, and head of the kabbalist yeshiva Beit El and a sage of Aleppo and Jerusalem.
