A drawing of main faces of children in a circle, for story books for children. The white space in the center was meant to allow adding the name of the particular story.
The drawn figures are very typical of the characters that M. Arie drew in all of the popular children books – Danny Dean, Koficko, The young Sailors and Hasamba. The Sabra sweetness expressed in the faces, the dumb-hats on their heads, are the poignant expression of his works, which so endeared him to children.
Very good condition.
