Letter of recommendation for a superlative Torah scholar who served as rabbi of several communities, and was persecuted during the persecution of the rabbis. Rabbi Chaim Ozer requests from the leading rabbis in the Land of Israel and the activists there to see to his benefit and extract him from the inferno, and to bring him to the holy city of Jerusalem. He also requests that they appoint him rabbi of a prominent community.
