Certificate of membership with an illustration of the Talmud Torah building in Lomza. Lomza, [1920s]
Certificate of membership which was given to the Honorable Avraham Yitzchak Alter son of Rabbi Meir Yaakov Yablanki N.Y. (His name is written in handsome writing in gilt letters) Who is a member of the Talmud Torah students "at the Talmud Torah Ulpena here Lomza" to make his contribution. Rubinstein & Sha'ar Printing Press, Lomza, c. 1920s. At the top of the certificate is a picture of the "Tatlmud Torah Building form" in Lomza. To the right and left is the caption: "קנה לו דברי תורה קנה לו חיי עולם הבא" and the pattern of the seal of the Talmud Torah in Lomza.
Size: 35x21 cm. Very good condition.
