מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ה' שבט תש"מ [1980].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל "מרת רותי". במכתבו מייעץ לה הרבי בנוגע לטיפול הרפואי של אמה לעשות "כעצת רופא ידיד".
בשולי המכתב הוסיף הרבי בעצה והדרכה: "עליהן לדייק בכשרות האכילה והשתי'".
