The poster notes the difficult situation: the government stopped supporting those affected by the war and Jewish supporters stopped donating – apparently because of lack of funds. Therefore, the Jewish aide societies must support the needy. Description of poverty, widows and orphans. Includes an appeal to support handicapped Jews who underwent years of degradation during and after the war. The 'Jewish Nation must decrease those elements that require regular support'. Concludes with the collection location for donations for the Jewish organization in Kiev. Rare poster issued by the Jewish community.
