Handwritten pamphlet with eulogies from Sephardi Chacham. 1896. -  Sephardic Handwritten pamphlet contains two long eulogies, by an unidentified Sephardi sage. The first obituary is 'words that I spoke to a large audience on Shabbat on the rabbi, R' Avraham known as Moreinu HaCohen on parshas mishpatim 1896'. The second obituary written later, is on the writer's father-in-law. At the top of every eulogy there is a lyrical opening , as the Sephardi sages do. In the first sermon each passage begins with the word I and ends with the word Avraham. And in the second sermon is a long opening, that the beginning of each passage begins with the word Moshe and ends with the word Yaakov. According to the content , it seems that the one being eulogized was called Moshe and he was a great rabbi and the one giving the eulogy was called Yaakov. [26] pages 23x14 cm.
