Machzor L'Rosh Hashana - Seder L'Rosh Hashana K'Minhag Avignon. Published by Rabbi Avraham Montel - printed in Amsterdam at the press of Rabbi Hertz Levi Rofei and his son-in-law Kashman in 1765. Wide margins. The prayer book opens with the approbations of the rabbis of Carpentras, and a rare approbation from the Jerusalem dayan Rabbi Eliyahu Yisrael that was brought via a special messenger from the Holy City of Jerusalem - RAbbi Dovid Damliav. Very rare.
Old cardboard binding, light loss to the spine, the title page has a cut on its bottom section - 5 cm. wide.
Fine condition.
