The booklet was printed several days before Agudat Yisrael's second conference, and apparently distributed to the participants. The schedule for the conference is included, a list of the prominent speakers, and more. There are also several articles by the organization's rabbis and activists, as well as an organizational report for the years 1924-9. A famous illustration by the renowned Viennese artist Uriel Birnbaum is printed on page [26].
