מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ז חשון ("ערב ש"ק וירא בעלות המנחה") תשכ"ה [1964].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילה בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל ר' משה "המכונה דר. טאוב", במענה למכתב תנחומים ששלח לרבי על פטירת אמו הרבנית חנה שניאורסון (כ"ח טבת תר"מ - עלות המנחה של שבת וילך, ו' תשרי תשכ"ה).
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "בברכה לבשורות טובות", הוסיף הרבי בכתב יד קדשו את המילה: "ובכבוד".
