Minchat Cohen by Rabbi Avraham Cohen Pimentel. Lemberg, 1841. On the title page, the handwritten signature of Rabbi Binyamin Shlomo Zalman Segal Spitzer (1826-1894), the son-in-law of the "Chatam Sofer". The first rabbi of the Haredi community of Vienna. On leaf 34, a scholarly gloss, slightly cut off, most likely in the handwriting of Rabbi Spitzer. Condition: Good. Red edges. Moth damage to where the leaves connect and to the binding, most prominent at the beginning and end of the book.
