Marcel Marceau - Two autographed photographs and a drawing of the "Bip"

Two photographs of Marcel Marceau visiting Israel in his youth next to an Arkia plane, in one Marceau was seen in his youth at the entrance of the plane. In both photographs, dedications signed by Marceau, in one, next to the dedication to the Arkia aircraft company, Marceau even painted the figure of his famous BIP and wrote: "BIP".

Marcel Marceau (1923-2007) A French-Jewish pantomime artist, one of the most popular in the world of pantomime art. During the Holocaust, he and his brother joined the anti-Nazi Jewish-French underground, the "OJC". In 1947, Marceau created the character "Bip", in a striped sweater and a battered silk cylinder adorned with a flower - a sign of the fragility of life - that his "alter ego" had, just as Chaplin's "little hobo" was the star's personality.

Same size: 18x12 cm. Very good condition. Attached is a newspaper clipping about Marceau.
