Bond issued by the The Anglo-Palestine Co. Limited. Designed by Jacob Stark, and signed in the plate: Y. Stark, Bezalel, Jerusalem. The bond was issued in an attempt to overcome the legal restrictions imposed by the Turks on the Jewish National Fund in Palestine, and helped to establish the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv Achuzat Bait. Copy number 243 of a series of 300. Hebrew and English. Circa 1909.
