Rabbi Avraham Weiss, son of Rabbi Shmuel Tzvi – Shochet of Kalov. Rabbi Avraham was orphaned at a young age and was brought up in the home of the saintly Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac of Kalov. After his marriage, he settled in Munkacz, where he was greatly respected for his Torah and piety. Father of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac – author of Beis Yitzchak, and Rabbi Shmuel Tzvi, Rosh Beth Din of Munkacz and ancestor of the Rebbes of Spinka.
