Many writing & stamps that attest that the Sefer belonged to the big synagogue in the famous Polish city Chelm/Chelmo/Chelmno & it's Dayan Rabbi Binyomin.
It's rare to find anything surviving from the famous city of Chelm.
Later cloth binding, second page tattered lacking bottom inner margin. Page 60 detached.
