Lengthy dedication at the top of the title page handwritten by R. Yitzchak Pardo, son of the author, head of the Sarajevo Beit Din and author of To'afot Re'em, with his calligraphic signature. Inscription by the Rishon LeTzion, R. Yaakov Moshe Ayash, followed by a dedication to the yeshiva of R. Yaakov Moshe Ayash and an inscription about the contents of the book by R. Yaakov Moshe Ayash.
Stamps (indistinct) of R. Shem Tov Chai Gagin in several places; his embossed stamp on p. 2a of the first sequence. Inscription on leaf 36 of first sequence.
