Letter from GALANTER ROV - Harav Hatzadik R' Yehoshua Buxbaum
R' Yehoshua Buxbaum was born in Pupa, Hungary in 1897 to Rav Yosef. Prior to WWII he lived in Galanta, Czechoslovakia.
The Rov was murdered in the war.
This beautiful hand-written letter was written in the war years to his nephew, Dr Mordechai Buxbaum.
It mentions the difficulties of contact in those times, and the complications of obtaining the necessary permits to leave the country.
At the end of the letter, there is an additional well wishing and blessings written by his wife Tante Miriam.
