Pasco Winery's Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2014 is an elegant wine with a full body that presents the full potential of the vineyards located in the mountains of the Jerusalem area and the soil that characterizes them. The wine is infused in small containers for 22 days, undergoes gentle squeezing in an old method and rests for a month and only then is transferred to new 100% French oak barrels for 18 months of Elvaz. The small yield of the vineyards in relation to the area in which they grow presents ripe, concentrated, and rich flavors that entice you to take another sip.
