Rare Letter by 'Chatana Dvie Nessi'ah' Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Levin to Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky

Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Levin, the son-in-law of the author of 'Imrei Emet' of Gur, was one of the greatest activists of the 'Agudat Yisrael' movement. In this interesting letter, he appeals from Warsaw to Rabbi Michel with a 'necessary' question, he needs to know whether the Rosh Yeshivas in Jerusalem are themselves raising funds for the yeshivas or whether the fundraising is done  only by a special Shadar. From the 1930s.

The style of the letter indicates that it was most necessary to have complete knowledge of the issue since apparently a Jerusalemite Rosh Yeshiva came to raise funds and there were rumors that he could not do so!
