On the back of the title page is the introduction of Rabbi Petachya Berdugo, containing important information on the life of the author by the publisher Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi ibn Yuli.
Rabbi Moshe Berdugo, "HaMashbir" (1679-1731), one of the great Rabbis of Morocco and the Av Beit Din of Meknes, the friend and colleague of Rabbi Chaim Ben Atar the "Or HaChaim" HaKadosh, who wrote about him: "A great sage and great pious man in the Jewish people, beloved to me like myself Rabbi Moshe Berdugo". Also wrote "Kanaf Renanim" and the responsa "Divrei Moshe".
Ownership signature on the title page: "Shaul ben Sussan".
