A.   Zichron Ya'akov – Novellae on the Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Hilchot Melicha, by Rabbi Ya'akov Ginzburg, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of Tishevitz. Piotrkow, 1908. Single edition.

With many approbations by the most prominent rabbis, among them Rabbi Chaim Ha'Levi Soloveitchik of Brisk.

Bound with:

Minchat Yissachar – halachic novellae and the source of each Halacha, by Rabbi Yissachar Ber, the "Maggid of Kielce". Piotrkow, 1908. Single edition.

Three sections with different title pages.

On the title page of section A, the author's handwritten dedication. The beginning of the dedication is missing due to the leaf being cut. At the end of the dedication it is written: "and in his kindness he shall print a 'notice' in his newspaper…" with the author's stamp.

At the beginning of sections B and C, there is an additional leaf with an approbation by Rabbi Yosef Ben Zion Diamant Av Beit Din of Yalta (Crimea), which was given to the author after the book had been printed and was added here. The author's stamp appears on both leaves.

The book was approbated by the most prominent rabbis, among them: Rabbi Moshe Nachum Yerushalimski, Rabbi Yisrael Meir Ha'Cohen of Radin – the Chafetz Chaim, Rabbi Yitzchak Zelig Morgenstern, Rabbi Shalom Mordechai Schwadron and more.

Condition: Excellent.

 

B.   Pitcha Zuta - on Hilchot Chala of the Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Siman 322-370, by Rabbi Pinchas Chaim Ha'Levi Horowitz. Grosswardein, 1928. First edition.

Condition: Very Good.
