Two rare coins, of 5 Mark and 10 Mark, issued by the Judenrat of the Lodz Ghetto (Litzmannstadt).
On the coins, a star-of-David and the word "Ghetto" in German on the obverse side. On the reverse side, the digits and decorations.
The coins were for internal use in the ghetto. There is a German inscription on them: "Der Aelteste der Juden in Litzmannstadt" (the Jewish council at Litzmannstadt).
Condition: Vety Good.
