חברת - דרום יהודה - היתה קואופרטיב להובלה שנוסד בשנת 1931 והתקימה 20 שנה עד 1951 כאשר קיומו העצמאי נפסק עם הצטרפותו ל"אגד".
הקואופרטיב הוקם במטרה לקיים קשר תחבורתי בין ישובי הדרום לתל - אביב.
בשנת הקמתו כלל 52 חברים ו - 31 מכוניות.
המפה הוצאה על ידי החברה בשנת 1947.
