Rabbi Yissachar Dov Rokeach [1854-1927] the third Belzer Rebbe, one of the prominent leaders of Galicia and Hungary. This obituary was publicized in Jerusalem after his death was known about in Europe. Not found in the ephemera collection of the National Library.
