Sigal was born on 1967 in Israel .

At age of eighteen began to paint and than studied painting at the Academy of art in Amsterdam . Decided to set up a home in Amsterdam . In the early nineties run the gallery of Herman Brood down town and there it really all began. Access was very easy. After several years traveling around the world, every place was unique and gave a great inspiration and strength today, painting is her whole world.

Painting became her field that describes the work on the surface with paint, creating lines and stains, using different techniques with elements from nature such as sand, leaves and so on, it can create the illusion of movement, volume and depth; through painting, it expresses feelings, ideas, fantasies and worldview
