Letter to the director of the committee of yeshivot, Rabbi Yosef Schwab, asking for support and assistance for his yeshiva. At the beginning of the letter he writes, “May you be blessed with every blessing and success”
The holy Gaon Rabbi Baruch Dov (Ber) Lebovitz (1864-1940), author of Birkat Shmuel, was among the great Torah teachers of his generation. He was a disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Chaim of Brisk, at Volozhin yeshiva. Birkat Shmuel is a fundamental book on the in-depth study of Shas.
