מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת ידו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ראש חודש אדר ראשון תש"ו [1946].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק".
נשלח אל הרה"ח דוד פרקוביץ, "במענה על מכתבו אשר בנו מר יעקב יצחק אייזיק שי' נכנס לבר מצוה ביום ט"ז שבט העבר". במכתבו מברך הריי"ץ: "בברכת מז"ט, יגדלוהו לתורה חופה ומעשים טובים מתוך בריאות הנכונה ופרנסה טובה בהרחבה בגשמיות וברוחניות".
בסוף המכתב, הריי"ץ מודה למכותבו על "שתי חבילות הציצית" ששלח.
