מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח נפתלי גלוסקין בתל-אביב, ברכה לבריאות זוגתו תמר איטא. במכתבו כותב הרבי: "אזכיר את זוגתו תמר איטע תחי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר [הריי"ץ]... לרפואה קרובה", ומברכו: "והשי"ת יזכהו לבשר טוב בהנ"ל, ויה"ר [ויהי רצון] שיהי' זה בקרוב ממש".
מרת תמר איטא גלוסקין, אשת הרה"ח נפתלי גלוסקין ובתו של הרב שמעון משה דיסקין אב"ד לכוביץ. הייתה ידידה קרובה של הרבנית חנה, אמו של הרבי. בשנים תש"ד-תש"ה, כשהרבנית חנה נותרה לאחר פטירת בעלה רבי לוי יצחק לבדה בעיר אלמא אטא, סייעה לה תמר איטא במסירות נפש, על אף הסיכון שבדבר. באחד ממכתביה כתבה לה הרבנית חנה: "אני זוכרת היטב את היחס שלך אלי... בזמן שאף אחד לא רצה לעמוד בד' אמותיי". נפטרה בשנת תשמ"ז.
המכתב שלפנינו לא נדפס ב"אגרות קודש" של הרבי מליובאוויטש.
