Letter from the Lubavitcher Rebbe – Rosh Chodesh Kislev 1974 – Congratulations Upon the Son's Wedding – "May They Build a Jewish Home, an Everlasting Edifice, on Foundations of Torah and Mitzvot, Illuminated with the Light of Torah and Chassidut

Letter from Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneersohn – the Lubavitcher Rebbe, with his signature. Brooklyn NY, Rosh Chodesh Kislev 1974.
Typewritten on the official stationery of the rebbe, with his signature.

Addressed to R. Meir Dov Ber Chanun (son of R. Menachem Nachum Isaac Eizik Chanun) in Jerusalem, in response to his notification of the wedding of his son R. Avraham Simcha Elyakum (R. Avraham Simcha Chanun, rebbe of Kehal Chassidei Yerushalayim), with the bride Mrs. Sarah Beila.
The rebbe blesses them: "I hereby wish to extend my Mazal Tov wishes, may it be an opportune time, may they build a Jewish home, an everlasting edifice on foundations of Torah and mitzvot, as they are illuminated with the light of Torah and Chassidut. May you reap from them true Jewish Chassidic satisfactions. Mazal Tov Mazal Tov".
At the foot of the letter, the rebbe urges him to participate in the dissemination of Judaism and Chassidut: "Surely he takes part (and will participate with renewed strength) in the campaigns, may G-d grant them success".
