נח, סג-סד, מט-רכד דף. חסרים 4 דפים: נט-סב. 7.5 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. קרעים עם פגיעה בטקסט, חלקם משוקמים בהדבקות נייר. חיתוך דפים, עם פגיעה בטקסט במספר דפים. דף השער מנותק. כריכת עור ישנה, פגומה ובלויה.
