1948 NAHARIYA INCOMING MAIL- Domestic commercial cover from Tel-Aviv to Nahariya, franked Mandate 10 mils stamp, dated Tel-Aviv 5 May 48 (last day of use) by Mandate, D.C. postmark, charged upon arrival with 11 mils municipality, Nahariya local Delivery stamp tied by black Minhelet Ha'am postmark Nahariya, with Haifa return address on reverse. Cover roughly opened resulting in torn top. Stamps and postmark complete and clear. Very rare as the red labels were used only for a few days after yellow ones have been exhausted this cover is from the last day of use. Certificate by Y. Tsachor. VF & extremely rare!!
