מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ג' שבט תשמ"א [1981].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח משה בלוי בנחלת הר חב"ד, קרית מלאכי, לרגל כניסתו לדירה חדשה: "הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' משנה מקום משנה מזל לטובה ולברכה בגשמיות וברוחניות".
אגרת דואר אוויר, נייר מכתבים רשמי. 27 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב בינוני. קמטים וסימני קיפול. קרעים וקרעים חסרים בשוליים (עם פגיעה קלה בבלאנק הרשמי של הרבי בחלקה העליון של האגרת). כתמים.
