מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ב' ניסן תשל"ח [1978].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח יהודה כהן בבני ברק. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 27 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. סימני קיפול וקמטים. קרעים בשוליים.
