[2] 76, 94 leaves, 20 cm. With the text of the Shulchan Aruch. The work continues through siman 110 - no more was printed. Rabbi David Mizrachi was a leader of Yemenite Jewry. He revolutionized the community, which had always followed the rulings of Maimonides, and instituted practical rulings from the Shulchan Aruch.
Owner signatures on the title page: Amram Korach, along with dozens of lengthy halachic glosses in his hand. Rabbi Amram Korach (1871-1952) was the last chief rabbi of Yemen. He immigrated to Israel in 1949. He was known for his Tafsir L'Rabbi Saadya Gaon and his works regarding Yemenite Jewry.
