Damascene copper plate inlaid with silver and red copper. Damascus, start of the 20th century.
38 cm. diameter. Decorated with rich artisan work inlaid with silver and red copper.Decalogue at center, Torah crown, flanked by Moses and Aaron. In the upper section with Arabic text, Symbols of the twelve tribes engraved within small silver circles, and peacock feathers in full display. Nice decorations along the rim. Hook on back.
