In several places it is written that the Sefer belongs to the Chassid rabbi Shmeril Sofer of Medzhybizh and his son Rabbi Yosef Simcha. Apparently, they wrote the essay.
The Sefer contains hundreds of pearls of wisdom and Mussar by the Holy Rav Rabbi Pinchas of Koretz, holy facts, and magnificent stories and at its end Torah letters and Chassidic letters by him and his leading disciples the Holy Rav Rabbi Raphael of Breshid and Rabbi Yaakov Shimshon of Shpitvaka and other holy Tzaddikim. The essay served as a wellspring for most of the Toros of the Holy Rav of Koretz, among others for the editing of the Seforim of 'Imrei Pinchas' and Imrei Pinchas HaShalem.
