Roman Imperial coinage > Maximinus II: AE reduced Follis (21.5 x 21mm, 5.05g), Alexandria mint, 311-313 AD; laureate head facing right (long eyebrow) & legend IMP C GAL VAL MAXIMINVS P F AVG / Genius standing facing left, holding head of Serapis in right hand & cornucopiae in left, branch at lower left, star at top left near head, N at centre left above branch + officina letter Δ to right & legend GENIO AVGVSTI + mintmark ALE in exergue. References: RIC VI Alexandria 160b, Sear 14843; choice EF/UNC, well centered & sharply struck on imperfect flan (small piece missing), obverse with reddish-brown tone, reverse minty with lustrous silvering & some brown tone at edges; coin alignment.
