R. Joseph Josel ben Moses Rindskopf

Only edition of the edition of the Masorah with the comprehensive commentary by R. Joseph Josel ben Moses Rindskopf. There is an introduction from the author and followed by verse in which the initial letter of each line spells out Sarah bat Asher, R. Joseph Josel’s wife. The title page has the pillared frame with the crab at top and lions by tree at the bottom. There are approbations from R. Baruch ben Moses Kata Rappaprot, R. Jacob Kohen of Prague and ‘Frankfurt a. Main, R. Solomon ben Jacob Aayalon, R. Menahem Mendel of Vermizia, R. Moses of le-Beit Katzelenbogen, R. Moses ben Abraham Broda, R. Yuda Miller, and R. Judah Leib Oppenheim. R. Joseph Josel ben Moses Rindskopf was a dayyan in Fuerth and the son-in-law of R. Lemle Ulmo Guenzburger. The text is comprised of the Masorah in the center and Torat Yosef in both margins, providing a lengthy and detailed commentary.
