Chevel Ya'akov HaShalem. First Edition. Author's Gloss. Including the Rare Compilation

She'elot U'Teshuvot Chevel Ya'akov, in two parts. Elucidations of topics in the halachahs of shlichut chatzer and acquisitions; and of many diverse topics, by the gaon Rabbi Abba Ya'akov HaKohen Bucharov. Vilna, 1923. Including the rare compilation printed in Jerusalem (1932). The book was gifted by the author himself. Glosses in the author's hand.

Deep and important book on topics in Choshen Mishpat, to which dayanim and to'anim rabbani'im refer extensively when issuing halachic rulings. The first part of the book was already printed (Vilna, 1981) and this is the second edition. The second part was printed here for the first time.

Self-dedication at the top of the title page: "Gift from the gaon, the author, shlit"a, to me, Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky." Many glosses and revisions in the author's hand along the  book's leaves.

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography of the author, the gaon Rabbi Abba Ya'akov HaKohen Bucharov
