Kol Simchah - Torah novellae by the Adm"o the great and sanctified rabbi ... Rabbi Simchah Bunim of Pshischa. [Breslau? 1859]. First edition.

Before us is the first edition of the book by one of the patriarchs of Chassidut in Poland. Approbation at the beginning of the book from Rabbi Yeshayah Muscat and from the Admo"r the author of Chiddushei HaRi"m of Gur. 'Iggeret Peshischa' appears at the end of the book, signed by Rabbi Simchah Bunim, his disciples and his son. This missive is about 'Sod Rosh HaShanah' and is meticulously studied  by Chassidim, to this day.

Rabbi Simchah Bunim of Peshischa [1765-1827] was one of the giants of Chassidut, successor to the 'Yehudi HaKadosh' of Peshischa. In his youth, he studied with Rabbi Mordechai Bennet of Nikolsberg. He later drew close to Chassidut and became a disciple of the Seer of Lublin. His influence on the Chassidic movement was huge and he was called 'HeChacham' among the rabbis.
